In addition, Every home we build is “Focus on Energy” inspected. While other builders may say they build an energy-efficient home, we believe your only assurance is to have your home inspected and certified by a third party. We include this certification so we both can be assured that your new home is built to the high-performance standards required by the Wisconsin Focus on Energy program.

We believe that customers want a low-maintenance exterior for their new home. To provide this, feature vinyl siding and aluminum soffit and facia in our standard features. In addition, we also use clad frames around our entry doors to the exterior, and clad frames around our garage door openings. We offer many options to customize all aspects of your new home.

Your new home has a One-Year Service Policy covering workmanship and materials furnished by Advantage Homes. In addition, every Advantage Home has a Ten-Year Structural Warranty written by RWC Corporation covering the Amwood component package. This limited warranty will cover major structural damage, during years two through ten. In addition to having this warranty independently written and administered, it is also transferable.
